The Apartment.

The apartment has two bedrooms and will comfortably sleep 3 Adults.
Children are also welcome at the apartment, please note though we are unable to provide cots or highchairs.
We also allow small to medium size pets as long as they are fully house trained**

The apartment is fully equipped throughout, with TV, DVD, Freeview, free broadband internet access via LAN. There also is a large stock of books and films for your pleasure.
The property has a full kitchen with microwave, fridge freezer and all the normal amenities you will need. There is also a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board should you need them.

    The main bedroom has a super king size bed or can be split to accommodate to single beds. There is also a second bedroom with a single bed.
   All linens will be provided for your stay including towels for the bathroom which has a full bath with overhead power shower.
   The LAN access for the internet is available in each room throughout the apartment, if you require a printer to be set up this can also be offered at an extra charge, blank media is also available if needed.

    The property is fully centrally heated and double glazed. There is a parking space for one car that has security gates and is cctv monitored. There is a large garden of which your are permitted to use for eating or just sitting out and having and quiet evening drink.
    Smoking is allowed within the property, we do ask that you refrain from smoking in the bedrooms though.

    Notes: All linens will be provided for your stay, please note we are unable to provide different types of bedding so if you have an allergy it would be advisable to bring you own.

Due to the high price of gas & electricity we have had to install prepayment meters in the apartment. The meters can be charged at the local shop or we can do this for you. Note we do not make any profits from these meters.

   ** Pets will incur a £50 deposit in case of damage which will be payable in advance and returned on departure.
       Maid service is available and can be requested during you stay for an additional charge of £20 per day.
